This is Lady Slipper, one of the ponies at the barn where I rode English style for 15 years. I'm pretty sure she's a Welsh pony, because she used to belong to the original owners of the barn & they had mainly Welsh ponies which they sometimes bred. Lady is Palomino in color. (Everyone always called her Slipper, but I thought she more like a Lady! I often used to call her munchkin because she was small & cute.)
