This is Mr. Pete! Sandy added the Mr. in front of his name, because he had such a personality that he reminded us all of Mister Ed! (For those of you who don't know, that was a black & white TV show that ran I think in the 60's about a talking horse. Same Palomino color!) Pete was a Quarter Horse/Belgian mix gelding and stoodabout 15 hands. He was 6 years old when Sandy bought him sometime in the 90's. When Rocket left us (you'll see him later), Pete became my favorite horse in that barn. By the way -- did you notice the resemblence between him & my horse Cody? Not only are they the same coloration, but Cody is just as wonderful as Mr. Pete -- both will do what you ask of them! (Coincidence??)
